"Alcohols, wines, drinking poems and thinking matter: it is in terms of liquid fires that the philosopher Gaston Bachelard defined alcohols, he who saw in the vineyard the "queen of the intermediate world", between heaven and earth. Historically, many artists, poets and writers have extolled the merits of alcohol, mainly for its ability to cause drunkenness. But today, it is the alchemy of fermentation and wine that fascinates them, in the manner of Bachelard".
