Presentation
Founded in 2016 in Paris (Le Marais), the Galerie Anne-Sarah Bénichou represents 14 artists of different generations, French and foreign, emerging and confirmed. The great diversity of practices and origins of these artists contributes to promoting individualities with a singular view of the world, and to instituting a dialogue between different eras and varied art forms (painting, photography, sculpture, performance, installation and drawing).
Each exhibition seeks to question the sensibility of the world, and more specifically the place and form of contemporary art in our society. For the past eight years, the gallery has found its place on the french and international scene, among collectors and art professionals, by pursuing a single goal: a commitment to culture, the arts and artists.
The Galerie Anne-Sarah Bénichou also pursues a publishing activity by regularly producing catalogs and books on its artists. Numerous academics, critics and curators participate in these initiatives and provide a detailed overview of the artists' work.
The gallery participates in numerous fairs in France and abroad: Art Basel, FIAC, Paris Photo, Arco Madrid, Art Brussels, Art Paris, Independent, Art Genève, Artissima, etc.
Artists: Marion Baruch, Mireille Blanc, Julien Discrit, Cyrielle Gulacsy, Chourouk Hriech, Yann Lacroix, Juliette Minchin, Valerie Mréjen, Laurent Montaron, Decebal Scriba, Massinissa Selmani, Seton Smith, Florin Stefan and Maxime Verdier.
