Mireille Blanc offers a painting of the intimate. The photographic image is the starting point of her canvases where the artist gives to discover a form of personal notebook. Her sources come from family albums or photos she takes. The framing plays an essential role. The evocation of everyday scenes, however, keeps the viewer at a distance.
